Executive coaching for senior leaders and managers navigating competing priorities, uncertainty, and critical decisions

In complex leadership roles, the challenge is rarely a lack of experience.

It is more often about clarity — what truly matters, which decisions move things forward, and where to focus energy.

Alongside my day-to-day work in corporate world, I offer a limited number of coaching engagements for leaders and managers who want to step back, think clearly, and move forward with confidence.

Typical situations where coaching can be valuable:

– navigating role transitions or expanded responsibilities
– making decisions under uncertainty or competing priorities
– clarifying direction in complex or ambiguous situations
– stepping back to create focus and momentum

These are common challenges for senior leaders, managers and executives responsible for delivering outcomes in demanding environments.

My approach combines coaching principles with practical leadership experience in strategy, transformation, and offering development.

When coaching can be valuable?

Coaching can be particularly useful in situations such as:

– navigating leadership transitions or expanded responsibilities
– making decisions under uncertainty or time pressure
– clarifying priorities across multiple stakeholders or initiatives
– stepping back to create focus in complex or ambiguous situations

These are common challenges for senior leaders, directors, and executives responsible for delivering outcomes in demanding environments.

What coaching is (and is not)?

Coaching is not about providing ready-made answers or advice.

It is a structured, confidential process that helps you:

  • gain clarity on your situation
  • challenge assumptions
  • explore alternatives
  • move forward with greater focus and confidence

The value of executive coaching often comes from the ability to create thinking space, especially when day-to-day demands leave little room for reflection.

A focused and practical approach

My coaching approach is grounded in current professional coaching practice and ongoing development on the ICF (International Coaching Federation) pathway.

I have been developing my coaching capabilities through formal training, including the Art and Science of Coaching program by Tracy Sinclair, focusing on coaching presence, deep listening, and structured inquiry.

This is complemented by practical leadership experience in strategy, transformation, and offering development, ensuring that coaching conversations remain both reflective and applicable to real business contexts. This allows us to work not only on reflection, but also on practical forward movement.

A typical coaching engagement consists of a small number of structured conversations focused on your current situation, priorities, and desired outcomes.

Alongside my corporate leadership role, I work with a limited number of coaching clients at any given time. Each engagement is tailored to the individual context!

If you are navigating a situation where clarity, focus, or decision-making feels challenging, we can start with a short introductory discussion.
